It is not as bads as how it look,,trust me.. The boiler was installed inside the chimney opening. and the old chimny is bringing this water from the top and dumping it on the boiler!. But the biggest problem was that the pressure vessel was not serviceble. I installed an external pressure vessel..so that at least that is sorted.. caz I aint going on thre roof to investigate or to cover chimney flue outlets..That aint happening...
